A few words to explain this project. Mobile homes are legally non-registered assets. At the time of purchase the bill shall be authentic and you do not need the notary deed.
The seasonal fee to be paid to the campsite is all inclusive. Water, electricity, wi-fi, gas, maintenance of green areas and management in general will not be paid separately. Similarly you will not pay taxes such as imu, tasi, waste collection, nor administration and other kind of fees. Besides, being assets not recorded, you will not have to declare them when fill in the income tax return.
The basic seasonal rate is € 3.400 and it includes free use of all the services we offer. The fee can be possibly modified according to the number of people and requested additional services.
